An evening of music from Curbside Lambsear, GUE, and Gospel Ship dx

Curbside Lambsear feels a bit like grit in the mouth and loves awkward poetry. Hear low sinewave humms and viola scratches over sample loops, collected from pretty much wherever. Often feels a bit sad, erratic and elated. Curbside Lambsear are Magdalena Mclean and Annabelle Mödlinger
GUE are David Grundy, Laurel Uziell and Jacken Elswyth and play folk music for a people who haven’t yet been born. Scrabble of banjo, accordion, autoharp, electronics and miscellaneous found objects, rearranged into new shapes. Improvisations that feel both inscrutable and instinctive, like the players are transcribing a new musical language in real time.
